    A tech-driven performance where EMS-controlled choreography explores loss of agency, questioning the body’s relevance in a world shaped by automation.

    A duet between Sarah Baltzinger + Isaiah Wilson exploring intimacy through ever-shifting physical connections. Without music or set, the performers create a raw, percussive soundscape using their bodies, crafting a constantly evolving puzzle of movement.

    Set in a fully submerged living room, this poetic video work explores solitude, vulnerability, and transformation. Performing in apnea, Isaiah dances on the edge of physical limits, blurring the line between dream and reality in a space shaped by memories of his childhood home.

    A haunting, absurd piece by Sarah Baltzinger + Isaiah Wilson featuring five women in a museum-like space showcasing nearly identical “almost human” anatomical figures. The work critiques the macabre, sexualized objectification and uniformity imposed on female bodies, blending feminist fiction with anatomical study.

  • “Goats” is a bold commission for Scapino Ballet that fuses experimental movement with compelling storytelling. The piece delves into themes of identity, community, and transformation, pushing the boundaries of contemporary ballet through dynamic, innovative choreography.

    Sarah Baltzinger + Isaiah Wilson created the choreography and contributed to the artistic direction of Damso’s BĒYĀH Tour. Featuring 12 contemporary dancers, the tour merges rap, dance, and striking visual imagery, marking a bold crossover between contemporary performance and live music.

    As part of NDT 2’s Up & Coming Lab, Sarah Baltzinger + Isaiah Wilson have been invited to create a new short work with the company’s dancers. Over two weeks, they explored their choreographic language in collaboration with the ensemble, culminating in an informal sharing at the NDT Black Box.

    In 2025, Sarah Baltzinger + Isaiah Wilson will create “Waxes” for Scapino Ballet—a new work expanding on the universe of their earlier piece “Vénus Anatomique”. This creation delves deeper into themes of bodily identity, transformation, and the uncanny, evolving their choreographic language into a larger ensemble format. “Waxes” continues their exploration of feminist fiction and sculptural imagery, reimagined for the stage with Scapino’s dancers.
